Social hangouts are a safe and affirming way to spend time with peers in a structured setting. Each hangout will have a short topic followed by an activity (craft, games, etc.).

Teens (15-20) -- 2nd and 4th Thursday from 5:30-7:30

Crystal's coaching services encompass:

**Organizational Skills: Offering tools to help you manage your day-to-day task feeling accomplished and not depleted. 

**Career Coaching: Support in exploring career options, identifying strengths and skills, and developing a career plan to achieve long-term goals. With guidance on job searching, networking, and professional development, clients can feel more confident in their career outlook.

Rates are as follow:

Free 15 minute discovery call

Hourly: $60 (2 hour minimum session)

Packages -

2 sessions/ month: $240

4 sessions/ month: $432

6 sessions/ month: $612

Monthly sessions are 2 hours per session and can be virtual or in person. Each client has access to coach for follow up calls, text, and emails. Dr. Lindsey is available for Evaluations, Individual Sessions, Safe and Sound Protocol, Consulting, and Teaching on an as needed basis. Prices are as follow:

Evaluations: $300

Individual Session: $120/ hour

Safe and Sound Protocol: $500

Consultation: $75/ hour

Teaching: determined upon request
